Other Events.
As previously disclosed, on November 13, 2023, X4 Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department (the “Staff”) of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company that it was not in compliance with the requirement that the bid price for the Company’s common stock, par value $0.001 per share (“Common Stock”) close above $1.00 per share pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) (the “Bid Price Rule”) because the price of the Company’s Common Stock had closed below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days, and that the Company had 180 days to regain compliance with the Bid Price Rule.

On April 5, 2024, the Staff notified the Company that, as of April 5, 2024, the Company had regained compliance with the Bid Price Rule and that the matter is now closed.
