Other Events.

X4 Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) has re-assessed the impacts of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic on the Company’s ongoing Phase 1b dose-escalation trial of its lead product candidate, mavorixafor, in patients with Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia (“WM”). Following such re-assessment, the Company now expects to release initial data results from this trial in the first half of 2021.
